Absolutely Do Not Recommend This DW

I have owned this dw for two months and am very unsatisfied with it. From a functional standpoint, there are several design flaws including the location of the utensil baskets (end of the racks, only a few utensils can go in the bottom basket), the limited capacity of both racks (although it appears to allow for versatile dish configurations, I end up running two loads for one dinner - I only have 4 people in my house), tall water bottles & other long stemmed wine glasses don't fit in the top rack (no way to adjust the rack height and no deep section). The "hybrid" stainless door and plastic tub appears to be a sales gimmick - anything near the door does not get dry (despite using the heated dry setting). I have alot of wet utensils, dishes, and glasses/cups.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't clean well!

I bought this in May and have nothing but problems... It runs well, although it takes about 3 hours to finish a cycle. After done, the cups taste like soap and half of the items in there are not even clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does a wonderful job cleaning everything we place inside. Do not like the fact it doesn't have a timer to show what cycle its on though.

Love the slate color. Cycle run time is unusually long. Does not hold as many dishes as old washer, rack layout seems odd.

We bought four new appliances, dishwasher,stove,microwave,fridge. The dishwasher & fridge run very quite, but the dishwasher sometimes does not get all the plates clean especially after having a fried egg on them. We are trying different settings so time will tell. Do you have any suggestions? The stove & micro work very well.
