Dishwasher cleans well. Still adjusting to the machine. Normal setting does well with pre-rinsed dishes. Have to use a heavier setting for non-rinsed dishes. Entire family has stated that they really like the silverware racks. At present I have only one issue with the machine. That is that I wish the clean light would stay on (even though I have opened the door) until I change the light setting to dirty dishes. My old machine did that and I miss it. It is a minor issue though and I am adjusting to it.

I'm loving the features and quality of this dishwasher. The sleek design is perfect and the upkeep is minimal compared to stainless steel and the never ending finger printing!

we bought this dishwasher in a group of other GE appliances, they are all beautiful but the dishwasher will not heat dry - the soap dispenser always has half of the soap still in there after the wash - and I'm not sure if the heat issue has anything to do with it but the inside is spot rusting - have a service man coming in a week..
I would recommend this to a friend!

TERRIBLE DISHWASHER

I BOUGHT THIS DISHWASHER IN FEB 2014. SINCE THEN THE DISHES DID NOT GET CLEAN AND I WAS TIRED OF WASHING MY DISHES BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN THE DISHWASHER (THE WATER WAS HOT). THE SOAP DISPENSER LEAVES SOAP INSIDE. I MOVED THE SILVERWARE HOLDER TO THE TOP OF THE MACHINE AS TOLD AND I LOST SPACE FOR CUPS, ETC. I CAN'T PUT KNIFES OR LARGE SPOONS IN THE TOP HOLDER BECAUSE THEY DON'T FIT. THE DOOR WOULD OPEN DURING CLEANING BUT HAS SINCE BEEN REPAIRED. APPARENTLY THE DISHWASHER WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY. NOW THE SPINNING WATER DISPENSER ON TOP OF THE DISHWASHER HAS BROKEN OFF. THE MOVING PARTS ARE PLASTIC.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
