This dishwasher is quiet, cleans well, and very efficient. I love the ability to save water and also be able to steam the dishes for a large amount of soil. This is also easy to keep clean and I prefer the finish over a standard stainless steel finish.

New Dishwasher

I had this dishwasher installed two weeks ago and so far so good. Very quiet and efficient. I have hard water so usually leaves a residue on my dishes but this dishwasher is pretty strong and takes that away. A lot of space for my dishes and the side rack for silverware saves a lot of space. Additionally the slate is very fashionable and looks great!

Love the Looks of this Dishwasher

The dishwasher is beautiful and washes well. You MUST use a drying agent to get the dishes dry. I tried all cycles of drying and the dishes were VERY wet. I purchased a drying agent and no more wet dishes. The noise level is relatively quiet. I enjoy NO finger prints.

SPACIOUS LOADING AREA

I bought this as part of a kitchen update project. It replaced a similar model, but the design for putting in the utensils really freed up a ton of space on the bottom basket. The top basket also has storage space for additional utensils. The machine runs quietly while in use. I would recommend this product to anyone. The finish is really fantastic and accents the colors of the cabinets in the kitchen.

I bought three other appliances when I bought this dishwasher. What surprised me was how silent it runs. I'm very pleased, although I bought cascade pods to go with it and they don't seem to dissolve properly from the dispenser all the time. This may be more a cascade problem than a GE problem. I'm happy with my dishwasher.

Love the slate color!

Love the color and available wash cycles. What I don't like are the flimsy wine glass holders that fall off whenever they are opened; the silverware rack that requires individual sorting into slots, unless you want your silverware lying in a heap; the silverware racks--AGAIN--that pull off the main rack if you touch them while opening the drawers. The controls on the fron are hard to see.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
