Dishwasher musical

We like the looks of this dishwasher and it is very quiet. I don't like the fact that if makes a musical noise every time you open it and at the end of the cycle. I just get into bed and it does some ridiculous music when it is finished which wakes me up. Totally unnecessary. It also leaves the dishes very wet and not dry even after the drying cycle. Not real impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the only problem I have is the soap dispenser. with the position of the lower silverware rack, even if the center is empty, it still stops the dispenser from opening.

The new "slate" color is FABULOUS! Glad I went with the model with the heating element for drying too. Otherwise, your dishes will come out clean, but WET.

I bought it it because it seemed like a good deal. the dishwasher stopped working less than a month of ownership and less the 30 washes

This is a very quiet dishwasher. It will also let you know if something is loaded incorrectly impairing the wash cycle. Gets all my dishes clean and the inside is beautiful after!
