Cleans well but hard to stack dishes

Bought and installed ourselves, was pretty straightforward. Purchased because of good reviews, energy efficiency, and quietness. However, my old dishwasher was much easier to get organized and held much more, despite this one supposedly having a larger capacity. Also, the silverware is not always clean, and the heated drying doesn't dry as thoroughly. Honestly, wishing I would have purchased something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall does a decent job, except that soap does not always rinse out from the dispensing cup, and the dishes do not dry properly, leaving us to wipe when removing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not like the old one

My dishwasher is working very well, but I did have to make a few adjustments and changes in my method. I did need all the owner info on troubleshooting to realize that my new energy-efficient dishwasher needed to have a higher water temp. set, use a rinse agent for the first time in 40 years, and be patient while it took much longer than my old dishwasher to complete any of its' cycles. The dishes are all clean now every time. And I am happy with the quietness and energy saving. Now I just need to find a really good price on a GE range, and my matching kitchen will be complete and beautiful. Thanks for being my manufacturer.

I purchased on line at Lowes without seeing it. It is very nice looking, goes with my other appliances, is extremely quiet compared to my previous one. Cleans beautifully!
