Door Problems and Silverware Racks

Door alarm is constant as it won't close if the upper silverware rack is in place. The bottom silverware rack is too small and interferes with the soap dispenser.
On the plus side, it is so quiet you don't know that is is running, and it looks great.

Good Washer, A Few Flaws

This is an extremely quiet washer, and I have never had one that got the dishes so clean. There are a couple of drawbacks, one which would have made me strongly consider another make. I seem to have some difficulty in getting the silverware clean in the silverware rack, especially if it has stuff such as peanut butter on it. Normally used silverware comes out okay, but some with heavier food remnants have to be rinsed, which rather defeats the purpose of the "no pre-rinse' featured. Also, the cycles seem extremely long, a fault which really doesn't matter too much to me. These two things aside, this is an excellent washer, and overall I am happy with the product.

Runs pretty quiet

It runs quieter than my last dishwasher. The utensil holders are hung on the racks just inside the door. Had a lot of trouble at first loading them and the door would not close. They do bump off the rack quite easily. Difficulty loading glasses or cups on the top rack when I have a lot of bowls there too. Could use more room.

We've been using the dishwasher for a few months now. It's quiet & the dishes come out clean with just some rinsing before putting them in. It's large inside so we can put all sorts of pans & larger items in it. We use the auto sense & leave the settings the same so it's really easy to use. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it does not have a rinse hold feature like our old machine. When the dishes sit for a day or two in there while we're filling the machine up, it can smell pretty ripe. The rinse hold was great for preventing that. Otherwise, love it & it looks great in our kitchen

Poor design

The interior design is very poor. Glasses do not stand up in the top rack. They fall over and break. I have broken more glasses in the past three months than in the past ten years. The silverware baskets take up unnecessary rack room and limit the amount of dishes that can be loaded. I would never recommend this model to anyone. As soon as I save enough money to replace it I will get new dishwasher. I have only had this one three months and can't wait to get a new one!
