I am not pleased with the racks.

I am not pleased with the top rack. Glasses fall over. I also am not too pleased with the utensil trays. There is no slot for serving utensils. Also sometimes the door doesn't close and you have to push it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

not many choices I do like the quietness but the door dosent close sometimes, the silverware basket slips off and the one divider rack for the silverware is broken already

I've had this dishwasher for over a month. Door would not close at first. I arranged a service call and they replaced the door seal. Works perfectly now. The baskets are the best designed of any dishwasher I've ever loaded. The silverware baskets are great and huge. I am so happy I bought this dishwasher.

I love this dishwasher. It cleans Better than any I've ever had and is so quiet you have to put your head down in front of it to hear If it is running.

Have had this appliance about 11 months. Was glad I could obtain it in Almond or creme color instead of Stainless Steel, black or white so it matches the rest of my appliances. Was a little dismayed at the 3-4 HOUR cycle to complete the dishwashing. No indication anywhere that it would take this long to wash the dishes. .

Design flaws

Silverware rack is along the front of top and bottom racks. I can't put silverware in middle section of lower rack as it prevents the dishwasher pellet from coming out of dispenser. Not much room on top for dishes due to silverware rack. I tried No Heat dry but dishes were soaked so I used Heated Dry. Then tried No Heat again but it seems to keep using Heat and won't turn off that option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super quiet!

The dishwasher was installed only two days ago and already I notice that my glasses are cleaner. Extremely quiet - we can now eat our meals while running a dishwasher load - previously we had to run our loads after we vacated the kitchen (or went to bed).
I would recommend this to a friend!
