Worst dishwasher ever

85% of the time the door won't stay shut. The top rack doesn't come out far enough. 100% regret this purchase.

Was installed yesterday, have run it twice. Both times dishes are not dry and water in bottom still. Used Heated Dry both times! Will be calling GE tomorrow for a repair or replacement.

all in all the dishwasher has worked fine. it is so quiet, and that is a plus! however the large top silverware flap broke within the first month. the small flanges on the sides are very small and catch as it closes. your company sent me a replacement. also, the bottom silverware basket doesnt completely allow the silverware to dry and upon opening the door the next morning water drips from the basket and the silverware is wet. all appropriate buttons have been set to dry the dishes. if you have a solution be advise me.

Door/Latch Problem

The door takes 4-5 times of trying to close/engage for proper operation. I've had 3 service visits and now the door will be replaced as a possible fix. I'm totally disappointed with a new appliance. The latch is just a very poor design!

Good features and price, bad door latch system.

The dishwasher is very good. But the latch is very lacking. You can't tell half the time whether it is closed or not.

This dishwasher cleans my dishes very well, but at the end of the cycle, there's always a lot of water remaining on the door. I've had to wipe it off and let the door stand open to thoroughly dry because if I don't, there's an odor that develops in the dishwasher till I'm ready to run it again. This should not be happening. Also, I don't like the silverware slots. . . wish I could remove them.

The product features are very good. It's getting harder to find a product that comes in bisque and still has a high quality. This GE unit is a great value for the price. Good capacity, cleaning and quite.
