Getting used to it but not my favorite

Silverware trays don't accommodate anything but slim design silverware. And the trays don't lock in so when opening the bottom they will come right off. Cleans ok but only with rinse product. Buttons aren't sensitive, have to push pretty hard to get the door to shut but possibly I had a bad install.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor cleaning & gasket defective after 2 months

This dishwasher came with a new spec house we purchased, along with other GE appliances. The other GE appliances work fine, but the dishwasher has never cleaned well (have to thoroughly clean dishes before putting them in), and had to have gasket replaced after only 2 months. It still pops out of the groove every now and again and it's only 8 months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The dishwasher has been awesome. The only bad thing is that it is not stainless. We found that out by accident.

poor quality dishwasher

Our GE dishwasher does not leave the dishes clean. We have had numerous issues with a faulty part and the GE, already knowledgeable with the problem of water pressure in this model, installed an additional part. Still have had problems washing after the part was installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an awesone dishwasher. Holds full sheet pans and 12" skillets easily. There are places for wine glasses and chopsticks! Its does a great job at cleaning and is quiet while running.
I would recommend this to a friend!

well right now running the first load and the unit is very quite so much not sure it's running! these are not your mother's dish washers. i'm very happy to own the high tech units.
