Replacing a GE "Profile", doing a kitchen remodel

I purchased this dishwasher before looking at reviews. I saw some very negative comments and though I was getting a "Lemon". Not the case. Easy to load, quiet and cleans like a champ! Dries very thorough. Anything with a large lip may have some water, but that is the case with any dishwasher. Start it when you go to bed and the next morning, perfectly clean and dry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cleans good. Racks and features are functional. Often does not dry dishes. Have done what was recommended by not putting anything in bottom basket or anything in front of dispenser. Seems like this should be a basic non issue of a mfr who makes dishwashers. But it is.

The liquid detergent is not always rinsed away remaining on the door and silverware. I don't like the silverware baskets-too much fussing with utensils. It does not dry the dishes well.

We purchased this dishwasher 3 months ago and the only complaint is we have to rinse dishes out other wise they do come out dirty. Dont know if we need a rinse product.
