This product quit shaving after only two months

Worked great for two months then quit cutting. All it does is make a mess outside of the razor and nothing is captured inside. Very disappointing. Just purchased a 4500 model and received it today. Hope this one works better. Should not have to buy a new razor after only two months.
Cons: it's a quitter

Hi. Being on blood thinner a nick or a cut is no longer I bleed for some time after I saw this advertised on the internet at a very good price so after remember back in private school a little rich kid had one so Thought I would give it a try Haven't not shaved for a week I charged it up and after 3 passes I was a smooth as a new born baby's behind with no nicks or cuts. I Thought the new heads were a little pricey but after a year of new blades they are a little less than The blades so might not be a bad deal just all at once looks a little pricey.
Pros: good price, works good, gentle on the skin
Cons: none at this time

This product works as it is supposed to. It holds a charge for a long time and prevents me from cutting my chin to shreds every morning like I was doing with my cheap disposable razors. I haven't had to stick of wet piece of tissue to my face once since I got it! It's easy to clean and pretty quiet. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a storage case and apparently Phillips doesn't have one to sell. I like protecting my razor, but also like to have a place to keep the brush and charger as well. Good for traveling too.
