Good value for the money

Was looking for a low/medium cost shaver and found the S3310 at a local store. The "comfort cut" rotary blades give a nice shave without digging into my skin. Takes awhile for a full recharge but that doesn't bother me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product not working correctly

What I don’t like about it is it does not give a close shave. I have used Norelco shavers for many many years, this is my 4th Norelco and I am 75 years old and have never had this problem with my previous Norelco shavers. needless to say I am very disappointed in this last purchase

The results you get with your shaver depend on two things; the device and the way the user handles it. It could be that the blades on your device have worn out and it therefore doesn't shave as comfy as it used to do. It could also depend on the way the shaver is handled. If you have sensitive skin, then it may be better for you to use your Philips Shaver with foam or shaving gel. You'll get the best result in that by always washing your face with water and soap before you start shaving, after that applying your shaving gel or foam to your skin. Lastly you'll get the best result by shaving in circular movements over your skin. This ensures that all hairs are removed from your skin even when they grow in different directions.

I have been using Norelco shavers for over 40 years. I purchased this model because my old "SmartTouchXL" needed another set of blades and the battery was not holding its charge very well anymore. This shaver leaves my neck area irritated even though I use a pre-shave product. I'm not going to get rid of a brand new shaver so I'll just live with this and use extra after shave on my neck.
