I ordered this for myself because my old Norelco Razor Battery was dying after about 15 years of use! When I received the new one, I followed the first charge instructions and let it charge overnight. The next morning, I attempted to use it and it died after about 10 seconds of use. I got in touch with Phillips and they got a new handle shipped out to me. The new handle has been in use now for several weeks without a problem. I've not even charged it since the first charge! So yes, I'm extremely happy with my purchase!...and I'm very happy with Phillips policy on keeping the customer happy!
This is my second Philips shaver as my first one lasted over 12yrs.The on -off button broke but the shaver motor was still operable. This new shaver does its job and has a long battery life.
This product does a very good job given the fact that it is not the top of the line model. It is very easy to use and easy to clean. Blade changing will not be an issue either.
The S3310 is good slightly nosier than my previous Philips model.

I will continue to purchase the Philips Products. The Protective Cap is much better on Model S3310 than the previous Philips model PT720. The Cap did not snap tightly on the shaving unit.
I retired my old electric razor with the Norelco 3100. So my old razor was 20 years old. The biggest difference I noticed was the new razor was much quieter than the old one. The quality of the shave was comparable. I am very happy with the Norelco 3100.
