It just funs too slow. Takes all morning to shave and it WILL NOT SHAVE CLOSE!!!

I should say that if I'd been asked to write this review a couple weeks ago, I wouldn't have been as pleased. Initially, the closeness of the shave was NOT what I hoped for - stubble, missed places, etc left me wishing I'd bought something else. BUT ~ now (as they said to expect in the directions!!!!) it seems as though my skin has adapted to the change from a blade. This razor shaves very close and leaves my skin feeling smooth. It's easy to use, easy to clean and the "messiness" of a blade & shave cream is gone. This razor is easy to clean and saves a lot of time in the mornings. Not to mention, if I need a little "touch up" some evening it is FAST and EASY to do vs a blade.
My only complaint is that if you have a goatee or beard, the opo-up trimmer is just that...a TRIMMER!! It takes a VERY steady hand and a brave guy to try to trim a goatee without taking a hunk out of it. There is no trimmer "guide" to control the depth of your stroke.

Pros: easy to clean, charge lasts several days/even weeks, no knicks/pinching
Cons: trimmer is hard to control for thinning a beard

Not to much money for a Norelco ! Seems to work good and easy to clean, smooth close shave. I'd buy it again !! I give 4 stars cause the pop up trimmer don't cut as fast or close as the shaver does .
Pros: fast shave, easy to clean, fast charge time, smooth shave
Cons: trimmer not that good

The product is easy to use. It is quiet -- a value, for I live in dormitories. It shaves me without irritation. It is easy to clean; I like the ability to run water thru the cutters.
Pros: it shaves well and quietly., it is quiet and easy to clean.
Cons: it does not shave real close.
