After having the shaver for a couple of weeks I am getting a better shave than when I started using it. The shaver is easy to use. The charge last for a long time. This is good for when you are on a trip and don't allways have the time to recharge it. The Shaver is easy to clean. The only thing I did not see was if the razor needs to be lubed?

Cannot get a close shave

I have owned Norelco shavers for over 25 years and this is the worst one that I have ever owned. I have had it for about two months and no matter how I have tried I cannot get a close shave with this shaver. It is very quiet until I start to shave and then it sounds like a lawn mower!!! I have no idea why this is happening but I suspect a faulty set of blades or the actual heads or both. I would not recommend this product.

Cons: poor performance, poor quality
