I have used norelco razors for years and have always been extremely satisfied. My recent purchase of a Norelco Powertouch Electric razor performance is excellent and would recomend this razor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product has great features

This product cuts real close and smooth. I love the fact that you can clean it under the faucet.
I use both nan blade and this electric. After my shave with this product my face feels the same as six hours after my blade shave, I had wished that it would be better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2nd time we purchased unit

It is cheaper to purchase a new razor than purchase heads.
The shaver cuts very poorly. I keep trying to make it work but the only thing it can cut well is the skin on your face. You have to go over and over the same areas of your face to get a decent shave. I have used other shavers that actually shaved me. I almost feel like I have to hand feed the hair into the heads/blades to get it cut. Sorry.
Couldn't be simpler. This razor works well, can be run under the water to clean it out, and runs for a long time without recharging. I bought this for my 92 year old father and it works great!
He is used shaving daily with shaving cream and a razor. But, recently because of health issues and being on blood thinners the doctors recommended he switch to an electric razor. He was skeptical because he thought it would be difficult to clean.
This razor is amazing! Run it under water and it's all clean & ready to go for the next shave.
This is just average, not great and not bad. Just an everyday electric shaver.

Poor reliability

Shaver was a Christmas gift 2 years ago. Today when trying to use it, it just turned off when pressing shaver against my face to shave. Thought maybe it was out of charge and the warning light stopped working. Plugged it in for a few minutes and tried again with it still plugged in. This time it turned off a half second after starting. Wish this product would have lasted a decent amount of time. They don't seem to make products like they used to, at least I thought Philips Norelco had a reputation for being quality products.
