Easy to use!

I just bought this monitor and my baby is due in July. I plugged it in and tried it out, the interface was easy to use. I like that is has video and sound but also has the ability to take pictures and videos. Overall as of right now very pleased with my purchase :)

Good for 2 years only

Worked for 2 years. After 2 years, 1 month the home button, arrows to move the camera side to side, and 2 way microphone doesn't work. It also needs to be plugged in to stay on for more than 3 minutes. Convenient that the protection plan is for 2 years and it stopped working at 2 years, 1 month? Currently looking for a new product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this about a week ago. We upgraded from the Astra model to the Keera. I am very pleased with all the features, especially the split screen. We have had some issues with the battery life. I contacted customer support and Daniela was able to help me out and get a new battery sent to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought our 3rd Levana Keera Baby Monitor. These work very well. Ours lasted 18-24 months. As any device battery life unplugged decreases overtime. Wireless connection works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is OK

I bought this a few months ago and it hasn’t lived up to the expectations. The battery life is below average and the range is not good at all. Even if the monitor is in the same room with camera, it looses connection. I have black out curtains in my baby’s room and once the morning comes, the screen goes black. I have a different levana model that works so much better but it lacks pan and tilt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall, this camera is great. It lags sometimes when all 3 of my kids are running around. Very easy to use and set up. I have noticed that on occasions, the screen will become pixelated with re, green, and black large squares- it only lasts for about 10-20 seconds and goes away.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Peace of Mind

I bought this a few weeks ago for our 2 month old and couldn't be happier! It gives me such peace of mind to be able to see him and hear him from anywhere in our house. It also gave my husband and I back our nights alone since we could move him into his own room without being worried we wouldn't hear him at night.
It is a great product and was so easy and fast to set up and use. I purchased it over the phone, and Donna was a great help!

Decent monitor but has a lot of problems

The positives: When it has picture (note the "when"!), it is clear and unpixelated. Decent battery life. It has a couple of nice features such as lullabies (which we use for our baby) and you can take pictures and video with it.
The negatives: The worst thing about it is the nightvision. There is about two hours a day (dawn and dusk) that the camera doesn't pick up that it is too dark to see and therefore nightvision doesn't come on. You literally look at a black screen. The sound still works so it's not completely useless, but if you buy a video monitor with nightvision, you expect to see your baby the whole time. Another difficulty with the monitor is that we have small bedrooms and we couldnt find a way to angle the camera at the crib no matter where we put it in the room. We ended up needing to put it at a very steep angle-precariously balanced in order to get a good angle on the baby. This was our experience in two different rooms. Finally the reception is not perfect and while still in range would sometimes go offline for a period of time (usually short period, but still annoying). All in all wouldn't really recommend this monitor.
