Love the clarity of the picture

I bought this to monitor our special needs son with health issues including seizures. It has brought so much peace of mind that we can see and hear him while he is in his room sleeping or playing. We also use the 2nd camera to monitor and record therapy sessions and use that to practice what they are doing each week with him on our own. Truly thankful for this product.

I bought this monitor 9 months ago and I regret it every single day. it worked good for the first 3 months (the night vision was always horrible), then it started loosing signal in some places in the house, the charger stopped working, I had to start to turn on and off the monitor so it will go back to work because the screen will go black and I could see or hear anything in my kids room, the camera in my daughters room is the worse. Last night I turned the monitor on after putting the kids to sleep and it turned off a few minutes later and didn't turn on anymore. I had to sleep with my door and the kids room doors open so I could hear them if they wake up. There is nothing about this monitor that I am satisfied with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awful quality, very disappointed

We received this monitor as a gift for our baby. We noticed right away that the range is awful. My husband and I have a hard time actually seeing our baby as the picture is not good and quite blurry. The screen is black during the day and this is not while the monitor is in battery saving mode. I will not recommend or buy a product from Levana in the future. I can't believe the price for such a poor quality device that is supposed to be used for the safety of an infant, so very disappointing.

great recording feature

keera monitor has a video and picture taking feature unlike other cameras, great to capture what baby is up to. Reached out to customer service on a few questions I had about product and was impressed by their fast response and helpfulness.

Was great for the first year....

We bought this for our twins that are just over a year old. About 2 months ago the direction keys started going out. Now the up direction no longer works so we have to prop it in various positions to be able to see our girls. And now within the past week the camera basically doesn't work, just the sound. So frustrated with what was once a great product.

Happy to have the baby monitor and it seems to work well. We have experienced some of the range concerns expressed by others and the odd time the video being captured isn't the clearest, but this could be due to lighting changes in the room. Overall it does the trick!

I purchased this monitor to replace an audio/video/movement monitor that will now be used for my newborn. The Levana provides what we need and more. The most important thing is to be able to see my 2-year-old when he is asleep in his room and hear any strange noises. The video is clear and the sound picks up inside and outside of his room. It's amazing. On the other hand, the display is VERY bright at night, so good luck getting any sleep with the light in your face. Another issue is the stand that holds the monitor display. It's not very sturdy and we are having a hard time keeping it in position. All in all, I recommend.
