I got this video monitor after being recommended by a friend and have liked it thus far. I love how easy it was to set up and use and love that I can pan, tilt and zoom myself from the screen. I do wish the zoom created a more clear picture and that the signal worked a bit better- even being a room or two away, often the signal will cut out and create in-and-out noise which can be annoying. All-in-all I like the video monitor and hope it holds up well!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased this model along with a second camera for our two young children. Having the split screen is a nice feature and allows us to make sure they are safe.

Good product

I've been using it for 9 months now and overall, I really like the product. There are just a few things that could be changed to make it perfect. First, I sometimes lose the signal for a few seconds, causing the screen to open when I'm in peep mode which may be annoying in the middle of the night. Second point, also a little annoying at night, the flashing blue circle that can't be turned off. It would be great if it was possible to unable it when we sleep. However, it is a reliable video monitor. I hope it continues to work long after the warranty wares off.

It's a good monitor. Quality isn't as clear as I would like it to be (especially at night) but the recording features etc. are a fun addition.
I had to buy a second package because the video part of the monitor was stolen (long story!). I was hoping to buy another model that was compatible with my existing cameras this wasn't possible. Although I was disappointed, I will say the customer service provided by Sean was fantastic!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am sorry I bought this. I've had this monitor for awhile. My baby is 6 months. I still have not figured out if there is a sound only option, or where the sound is. I've had it too long to exchange it. So I'm still trying to figure it out before moving my daughter to her room.

I chose this monitor after reading reviews for a few different brands and styles. I'm very happy I chose this one as the transmitting range is good, picture quality and noise detection is also good. Customer Service is incredible though. I had an issue with my battery not holding a charge very well and decided to contact customer service (not expecting anything to come from it). Matt had very quickly replied and offered a few suggestions; unfortunately they didn't work. Next thing he says is he's sent out a replacement battery! Incredible! Very quick response, pleasant to deal with, and rapid solution with no effort on my end needed. In a world of "too bad", he maintained a happy customer with "let me fix it for you". Thank you!
