Very easy to operate. I love the defrost options. I have gotten quite a few comments on the look of this microwave.

Could be quieter

The turn table motor could be a lot quieter but overall it is running and performing very good.

Product was a replacement for a different brand that finally gave out. This microwave is twice as good as our previous one.

We purchased this microwave to replace a previous one that was no longer working and we are very pleased with it. We love the features that it has; for example, it pops popcorn perfectly, thaws meats very well, and it was very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this microwave to others.
