This product has many good features.

I love my microwave, easy to use and easy to keep clean. I like all the features and settings and the fact you can change the power setting. I know this is a powerful microwave, can it effect the power in my house? Sometimes it make the electricity in the kitchen go off.

I purchased 6 of these for our office, 3 in each break room so they wouldn't be over used. After 2 years, 2 are still working, 2 are in the trash, 1 has been repaired twice and the last one is being repaired now. Wouldn't take another LG if it was given to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WOW !!!!! Thats all I need to say. But just so you know, I have bought more microwaves than the law allows. I have finally found the PERFECT microwave. This little thing does everything I have asked of it to perfection. It cooks hot and fast. Hands down the BEST one I have ever used. But I should have known it would be, since it is coming from LG. I have given my entire home over to LG. From this beautiful and perfect microwave, to their fantastic dishwasher, TV"s (5 of them), surround sound system with blue ray player, mobile phones (3), and the piece de resistance, the front load washer and dryer with steam feature. Everything they touch turns to gold. I love this microwave as much as anything I have from LG and recommend it to anyone who reads this review. You will not be disappointed. Tough, quiet, cooks to perfection, perfect size, and just plain nice looking.

First one lasted 9 years!
it only broke since the bottom ring got weak and snapped off and could not rotate the glass plate aymore. otherwise great product!!

Best Microwave I've ever had. I can't say enough good things about it. My husband even likes it. If you want an easy to operate, nice looking microwave oven, I think this is the best you'll find. Just my opinion. :)
