Just what I wanted

Mostly office use, but eye strain problem eliminated. Able to catch occasional video of events well, think US Open streaming converage. I'm sure there are better screens for live action feeds, but none anywhere near the price I paid. For the amount of time it is used for business v streaming action (99-1) I'm completely pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been in the computer industry for over 20 years and this monitor is the best consumer-grade monitor I have ever seen. This HP is indistinguishable from the diagnostic-grade, two megapixel Barco color medical monitors we use in the Texas Medical Center (and they are REALLY expensive). When I look at family photos on this HP display, I see detail that I've never seen before in those pictures. It's unbelievable how sharp and clear this monitor is. I'm not sure of its dot pitch, but it's got to be REALLY small (smaller is better). Buy this baby; you won't be disappointed.

Overall a very nice monitor. Only real complaints are no USB hub on monitor and non direct on viewing washes out.

Spent much time evaluating various monitors. Selected this one due to past good experience with HP. WOW, it surely was the right decision. Easy setup and blew me away with the clarity of the picture. Easy to adjust to my comfort level. Amazed at this monitor as it weighs nothing as compared to my last LCD. Very pleased thus far that this was the correct decision.

A nice big screen

This is a beautiful screen. Shows everything quite nicely at 1080p. Using the DVI cable for desktop and gaming.
The screen is very limited in modes though. Only 2 supported modes, Laptop mode and 1080p Mode. I expected a screen to support a variety of modes especially going beyond 1080p. This one does not do that. I think for the price there are screens with more modes for the high end video cards to use.

My last Monitor was 17 i and so dull. This New HP 2711x68,6cm LED Black Monitor.
Thos Monitor Is so big Im just struck in awe!! I havnt had anythang new in over 10 years. This thang is so sharp Crystal clear it just Awesome best thang I ever bought in awile Thank You HP
