I couldnt wait to get my new laptop and when it finally came in i was very impressed with the features and performance. HP has deffinantly impressed me with this new line of hp minis. I would reccomend windows 7 premium which is what i have and i highly reccomend 2gb of RAm because windows do not pop up the fastest with 1gb so that should increase the performance
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Product for Travelling

Everything is great so far with my new hp laptop. However there are a few issues that i think people should be aware of when purchasing. This laptop is great for taking it anywhere because itis very light and compact. This is why I initially chose it because I am a student and thought it would be perfect to take to class and coffee shops, etc. The pickup is pretty slow at loading new pages. Also the keys on the keyboard are a bit difficult to deal with when typing, especially the spacebar. One last thing that bothered me is that it is not possible to change a desktop background on the Hp mini. But other than that it is a good laptop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I never got a chance to operate my Mini 210; the hard drive was defective. I can't believe this could be sent to a customer. The computer was never checked.

The hardware is good. The software is lacking. Windows 7 Starter is pretty poor. Software that doesn't allow for changing the desktop picture.

The mini 210 is a great little carry along computer. I have been able to link it with my primary HP and carry the mini 210 on the road with me. It is small and takes little space when traveling. It has the speed and processing of a regular PC or desk top. I would highly recommend it for the person on the go. Lady's it will fit in the hand bag nicely and Guy's it is suitable for the brief case.

An attempt to replace my old hp
on April 25, 2012

I bought this HP in an attempt to replace my old one whos screen broke. The OLD hp was amazing: however, this NEW hp is TERRIBLE. I did not pay attention to the bad comments, because I loved my old hp and it also got bad comments on the site from which I bought it so I went ahead and bought this one. If I did more than one thing at a time, it would start freezing. It took me two hours to watch a one hour show, because it kept loading and then the Norton message would come up that the memory is low. The good thing is the battery life and the speakers are really good, but that doesn't help when you can't do ANYTHING on the computer. Oh yeah, and you can't change the background on the Desktop, but at least you get a preview version of Microsoft Word w/ advertisements on it.
