Wonderful little device!

I am definitely enjoying my Hp Mini 210!! Don't expect to do much more than what it was made for. But what it does it does very well. I use mine to browse the web, social networking, writing the occasional word document and definitely taking advantage of the beats audio (great sound quality from a small device especially when I plug in my headphones). Obviously if you upgrade to a bigger laptop the beats audio capabilities will be much much better but great sound for a netbook. This particular device has a very attractive design as well. It's definitely one of the cleanest and sleekest designs I've seen in a netbook. Really good keyboard! The keys are not so cramped and is relatively easy to type on but I did have to get used to it. Images and video are are rendered very crisply and clearly on the display. Battery life is decent. I manage to squeeze out about seven hours worth of use with it (definitely adjust the settings to get the most out of the battery). Overall, this is a really great device and I would definitely recommend it.

Very handy and fun to use

The HP Mini has all the features of a full sized laptop, but with a much smaller footprint.
The keyboard is easy use, and since I do a lot of typing I find no problems with typing.
The screen is very sharp, and even the smallest size fonts are easy to read.
The touchpad may be a bit too sensitive, and it is difficult to use it to zoom in and out. This can be frustrating. Since the unit has lots of USB ports it's easy to plug in a variety of external utilities.
I bought the six hour battery, and that makes working away from a plug very nice.
All in all this is a very handy computer and works very nicely when traveling. It's especially nice if you need a keyboard for lots of work.

Overall, a good mini computer. Long battery life, which is nice. My only real problem with it is that the desktop photo doesn't change. You can't change it. Also I keep haveing problems turning it off, like it won't shut down even after I hit the shut down button several times. However, I do like it. It is light, small, and easy to carry. A great computer for carring around on college campus.

Absolutly fabulous. I bought the Mini210-3000 to use when away from my desk for shopping trips with wife, Doctor visits in the waiting room, or any reason. I'm a writer and the 210 is an adjunct to my HP full-featured laptop.
I could not be more pleased with the features and ease of use.
I love it and show it to everyone. Great screen clarity, speedy boot-up, light to carry.

Great portable Mini

It all comes down to portability. For something this portable--basically an iPad with a keyboard--it has great basic computing power. Great for: surfing the net, doing business work like (spreadsheets, word processing, powerpoint, etc.) There's 'NO' cd drive, but if you have a USB/cd-drive this mini has great resolution and internet videos look great. The speakers are fairly good as well.

Broken after 2 weeks

I haven't even had this netbook for 2 weeks and already there is a problem with it. The wifi connection suddenly stopped working. It took someone working on it for hours to figure out what the problem was, and then to resolve the problem, after which it kept going back to the same problem. This thing must have been pre-programmed with some idiotic wifi settings that make the most unnecessary, annoying problems occur. This should not happen to a machine that is less than a month old. Very unhappy with this product so far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am enjoying my new HP 310 Series. It is light weight, fast and I am still learning the Windows 7 program. The curser is a little different to get used to but I purchased a wireless mouse and it works great. I love the color purple of the computer too. Would recommend it again.

I'm completely satisfied with this product. It is far and away the best mini I have looked at, the price is great, and it does everything I need it to with nice portability. It is super light; and everybody is amazed at the length of the battery! So, you don't even have to bring your adapter with you when you go out with it. It is ideal for web browsing and writing which is mainly what I use it for. And, it comes in great colors!
