He ain't heavy - he's my Brother !

if you are setting up a small office - then you need look no further. I have no idea how we managed without our Brother - does everything it says. Quick and easy to install.

A good product that delivers value for money. However integrating with 3rd party products is a trial.
Having to uninstall Adobe Acrobat Pro, Uninstall the Paper Port software, Reload the Brother software and drivers then re-install the Acrobat Pro to allow the scanner function to integrate was a really painful exercise.
The Brother product support team denied responsibility but the Adobe support were magnificent in assisting to resolve this issue.
An article on the troubleshooting site will be helpful for other users having a similar issue.

Great hardware; not so sure about software

I have had many Brother B&W laser printers so it was natural to buy another one. But the extra functionality I really wanted was ADF-based scanning, as my previous non-Brother printer's ADF had failed
But the supplied scanning software (not developed by Brother, I surmise# was a disappointment compared to what I was used to. Plus on one of the PCs on my SOHO network the installation of the printer driver was a complete #still unresolved) disaster

Excellent product. We purchased a second printer because of the quality print it produced. In most cases, far better than the original copy. Easy to install, easy to use, easy!

Great Multi Function Copier from Brother

I needed a quick all in one solution at a reasonable price for a small start up business. I have found this printer/scanner/copier/fax to step up to the plate and deliver quality print and scans quick and without fuss. I like the attention to detail in the software and I will be recommending this product to my customers.

The perfect networked machine

Sits on our ethernet network and gives everyone access to print, scan and email functions with very little effort.

Good all-round printer and scanner with a feature set which is a bargain at the price. The included Brother Control centre 4 software is also very useful.
