Looks Great

Only had the unit 2 weeks, but rubs real quiet...hardly runs, but the frig stays COLD. Only problem is it does NOT come with a butter tray/compartment. Freezer is a littel small, but I guess the new bottom draw design is "suppose" to have more room, but doesn't look that way...at least to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fits our needs perfectly

We were excited to see Whirlpool offer a French door bottom freezer for our 33" opening. The convenience of the adjustable shelves and cool pantry gives us plenty of storage options. The ice maker tray holds a lot of ice and the bottom freezer is so convenient giving us easy access to the items we refer to the most in the top section. The LED lighting is a really neat effect and provides great light to the interior. We are very pleased with our choice and this product.

love freezer on the bottom

Not So Great

There is a tapping noise when the compressor first starts; it lasts for about 15 seconds. The service technician indicated it was the refrigerant running through the lines, which is normal. Also, in general the unit is fairly loud when the compressor is on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
