Huge problem baking breads

So sorry to report that I'm unable to get the beautiful loaves of bread that I've been baking for the last 50 years! They are coming out of the oven with nice looking crusts, but uncooked middles! Doesn't matter if it is a yeast bread or a quick bread. I have tried fiddling with the darn thing and been patient for the last year. I give up. Why waste my time and the ingredients!!! Gr-r-r.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are enjoying our oven so far. It is much quieter and heats up much quicker than our old oven. The online feature is cool although we haven't used it quite yet.

Double Oven

Replaced a built in oven/microwave combo; I was glad to see that go. This oven looks nice and does a good job. Haven't used the steam clean function but look forward to doing so. A gripe: I have had other brands of thermal/convection double ovens with lots of bells and whistles before and compared to those other ovens, this control panel is not intuitive; it confounds and confuses us as we search for the correct button(s) nearly every time we turn an oven on. Two more gripes: 1) I still can't tell if the "auto recipe conversion" feature for convection mode is working or not and 2) the traditional flat oven racks take a long time to figure out how to put in and take out. We have never struggled so hard with oven racks in our lives and between my husband and I we have owned a bunch of ovens over the years. We have connected our oven to our wi-fi but have not used that feature yet. Once we figured out the light bar and what it was trying to tell us, we got a real kick out of it.

Bought the double ovens for a kitchen remodel. Had some early problems with specifications different than presented but got past them. Ovens perform well and have great appearance.

Very pleased w how quickly the oven heats up. Fans much quieter compared to the convection oven we replaced. App messaging and control very convenient.
