Every function is just a touch of a button or you can be creative and change the cycles to fit you needs. Very innovative. It so easy to clean too. Just drop a cleaning disc in and run a cycle and its done. Love the convenience of that. It makes it easy to take care of this great product. I think my favorite function is the touchup cycle on the dryer. It actually dampens the item then dries it to get the wrinkles out. One more step I don't need to do myself. Love it!

It gets clothes super clean and is easy to use. Even my 88 year old mother found it easy to use and she can't use the microwave yet.

This product is great for a front loader.For a front loader, this product is really good. There are a few things I am concerned about though. The Washer does not get my clothes clean consistently. I have tried various soap combinations and also wash settings and they only have sporadically been acceptably laundered. It also takes a long time for each load. My laundry now takes a day instead of a few hours. The quality of the construction of both the washer and dryer is great. I love the extra wash cycle options. Very nice. The reason I put no as far as recommending this product is because I would not buy another front loader. I would purchase the top loader. I want my clothes clean, and to smell clean. If water usage is your main concern along with quality of product, then this is great buy. They matching dryer is great

Big improvement over prior front load Whirlpool model.

Smart dispense is great, overall perfomance very good and after 1 year very good results on the washer and dryer. Solid improvements over prior Whirlpool front load model owned.

Very nice washing machine

I had a Whirlpool Duet at my previous home and loved it and decided to get the same brand but newer model this time. I have not used the new model many times yet but I really love the flexibility of having the eco boost and steam options. My clothes are coming out very nice and clean as they did with the other Duet that I owned. I love the front load because my clothes do not seem to be damaged from repeated washings as much as they did with the conventional washing machines I have used in the past. I really do love the automatic dispenser that comes with this newer model.

Great Unit, needs better documentiation

love this washer. eels like a quality appliance. Took a little too long to "get" how it works. Needs better documentation and or a quick start guide. Took awhile to get the first load going, no clear explanation of how to turn it on and start a cycle.
