Bought Washer when I purchased Dryer, a month ago. As with the dryer, trying to become more familiar with the best use of cycle for various laundry types.

Large capacity, wonderful wash load cycles and the steam feature is great. Extremely happy with our products. The dryer, too, has wonderful features for delicates. I whole heartedly endorse this product.

Duet washer - love it!

I purchased the Duet washer and love the way it washes our clothes. It is gentle and cleans the clothes thoroughly. I would never purchase any other washer. I love the premeasured detergent feature. It gets filled and you just put the clothes in the washer and press the button. The machine senses how to long the cycle should be - an amazing feature. Energy wise and efficient all in one. Thank you Whirlpool engineers!

We've had the washer almost 4 months now, and so far I love it! Quiet, easy operation, cleans the clothes great. I even cloth diaper my kiddo and the options to create a custom cycle has them coming out super clean. Now, the cycles are long, but that is the trade off for a HE washer. And I know the biggest complaints are usually about performance after a few years as HEs in general are notorious for not lasting long. So my review really only covers ease of use and washing effectiveness. Two thumbs up for those :)
