Great printer

This printer is awsome. The only complaint i have is that it doesn't include a USB cable. The networking works great though.

A Very Excellent Printer!

I've enjoyed Epson printers for over twenty years. I used an "other-brand" multifunction printer in an interlude but was quite disappointed
In April, 2009 I purchased the WorkForce 840 (and got a "recycle" bonus for the old trade up).
Now, I've reinstalled the WorkForce 840 on a new PC -- and as before, the installation was easy! This all leads to the facts that for printing, faxing, copying and scanning it is superior to any that I've used. For example, I can scan a document with graphics to a .PDF file in a snap.
I truly recommend this unit.

Without question this is the easiest printer to set up, the best print quality for documents and pictures and the best tech support of any printer company i've ever delt with. Use a router to connect? Epson was by far the easiest to connect to. If you have a question or problem? The help site is easy to navigate. They thought of everything that can go right or wrong and have a solution.

Superior!!!!

Upgraded fro an Artisan 800 about 2 months ago. This unit has 2 less color ink cartridges but the colors are just as excellent. More automated fetures and 2 trays for paper. It has worked perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased. I haven't had a paper jam yet (other units have been tempermental with high humidity). Simple to set up; simple to operate; simple to maintain. Without reservation, I recommend the Workforce 840.

So far, I love it! But I haven't really "discovered" all of the features yet, such as the fax. Can't wait to enjoy the full operation capabilities.
