Have been using this printer for 6 months with no trouble at all. No paper jams, ink seems to last a long time, and good print quality. For the money this is an excellent printer. I also bought the smaller 545 and 630.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am really happy with this printer. Print quality is good. Printer is fast. Ink drys quickly and doesn't smear. I can use a highlighter on copies and the ink doesn't bleed. I did a lot of comparing before purchasing this printer. I print information for home office misc., some photos, vacation, genealogy, and general information. I use the scanner/copier on occasion, but have not used the fax. I liked this printer so much that I replaced my college triplets' printer with this one after using it for only a few weeks. We use the extra capacity ink and it lasts a very long time. I definitely recommend this printer.

After a year and a half and with minimum usage
my Epson WorkForce 840, continually jammed.
In no way is this product 'Commercial',as labeled.

This printer is awesome. I love Epson printer
including all the niffy features: double-sided-printing, fast printing, double cassettes, ink cartridges last a long time. easy installations, even has app that can print mobile from your phone. User friendly. Great price for your money.

This is by far the best color printer I've ever had. So far it works exactly as advertised. It's fast and the display is big and bright. This printer is great for personal and small business use. The print quality is awesome.

I absolutely LOVE this All-in-One - Workforce 840

I have been an entrepreneur for over 30 years and primarily worked from home. I have had many, many brands of printer (not permitted to name them) but I can assure you beyond any doubt, that this is the ONE piece of office equipment you will not regret purchasing.
It has proven 100% reliable, never needing service of any kind. And it is very user friendly. I am not a techno geek so I need something easy to use and this is honestly the only piece of office equipment I have ever gotten excited about!
It does it all and does it better than any I have ever owned. I had the previous model and bought this one when it was time to replace it because I was so happy with my first Epson All-in-One.
It is fast, quiet, efficient, cost-effective and absolutely perfect for a small at-home office application.
