Paper jams. Print job stopped and error messages. Have yet to print a document over 1 page without some problem.
Been trying to work through this for many weeks to no avail.
Never posted a product review before, but this massive loss of time and productivity was my motivation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used other brands in the past. The Epson workforce installed easy on the first install and does very good quality prints and photos. I am impressed with it so far.

Just love it, easy to setup & use!
I will highly recommend the brand, the quality of their prints are excellent. the wireless capability is very usefull, a must have on every home business.

The BEST printer I have ever owned!

I love this printer! It was worth the expense which, considering everything it does, is not unreasonable. Is is fast, with clear print, and the faxing and scanning are great! When I saw it automatically print a two-sided document, I was amazed. This is the first Epson printer I have owned and I HIGHLY recommend it. (I wish I had switched to Epson years ago.) >> The only concern I have is the touchscreen. Sometimes, it doesn't seem to "notice" that I have tapped it so I'm concerned that it could be a problem in the future. (On the other hand, I have an extended warranty so I'm not too concerned.) >> It is "picky" about allowing borderless printing. I don't like that but I can live with it. Also, the Creative Zone software has never worked. I haven't had time to contact Epson about it but feel confident that the problem will be resolved. >> I have seen a complaint about the paper trays. I have had absolutely no problem with them so I don't know why anyone else would. Bottom line: GREAT All-in-One printer!!

Epson Workforce 840 is the best!

This is the first Epson I have owned. I have had many printers over the years and I found this printer to be one of best printers out there. The 840 was a breeze to set up and I can print directly from my iPad! The fact that it came with the extra capacity ink cartridges was a definite plus. Most printer manufacturers only give you a "sample" of the ink and list the part number on the box and in the manual. I highly recommend this printer.

While I have just begun to get to know this printer, I am so far impressed with the speed, the ease of the set up, and general performance of this all in one printer. And I am most impressed with Epson's technical service which was needed because of a computer problem-not the printer. They responded quickly and walked me patiently through the steps of a manual installation.
I would recommend this to a friend!
