I was a little hesitant when the boss ordered a Epson-past experience was not so great.
This is a easy to use printer, love the touch screen, scans easily, can't wait to use the picture printing options.
Prints an excellent copy it is not overly noisy and easy to set up.

The printer its self is great for the first 4 weeks, after that mine just stopped.

Printer setup

Just finished installing the printer on a wireless network.
Installed on Windows XP laptop first, with USB connection; worked very easily. Procedure matched the instructions and completed successfully.
Second computer was Windows 7 laptop. Installation disk that comes with the printer does not have the correct drivers for Windows 7, even though the box said that it is W-7 compatible. Tried to install the software 3 times, each time the following message was displayed:
"Some files necessary for setup are not installed. Run setup again from the software disc."

Went to the Epson website and found a description of the problem and the necessary software. Had to download the installation software from a very slow Epson server, took over 2 hours to download 105 MB (my cable internet connection is very fast, so I know that wasn't the cause).
Once I downloaded and ran the correct software the installation went smoothly.

It's great to be able to print from all three of the computers on our home network wirelessly! We hope the ink will be more economical than other brands we have used. So far, we are quite pleased!
