WorkForce 840 Is Solid

I recently purchased the WorkForce 840 printer and is pleased with it. I like Epson's water resistant ink. Two paper trays, top feeder and many more features make this a great buy. So far the ink levels are holding steady. The network was easy to setup. Now I can print from my laptop simply by turning on the power on the printer. Great printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson Workforce 840 is high tech, smart and yet very eazy to use. Best part is that it copies double sided documents, yet priced affordable.

This is our second Epson printer. With a family of three, one graduating from a Masters program, we needed more printing capability. Epson.com offered us a remarkable price, including shipping on this double paper tray unit.
The carton was delivered FEDEX. The setup went fast using a USB printing cable, although we currently use this printer on a WIFI Network.
Our son just finished printing his dissertation thesis (2nd copy) using both paper trays. Perfect timing !

So far this has been a very good printer. Had a few issues getting it set up on my home network. Could not get it to set up wiith the wifi but hooked it to my router with a cat5 cable and it set up ok so our laptops use the router for communications. Other than that it has worked so far as advertised.

I've had the printer only 3 days and already scanned two 400 page 2 sided report/manuals as PDF and printed them in smaller booklets bound and already to hand out at a Sunday meeting. Very fast 2 sided scanning & printing. The biggest surprise was the ink usage. Over 1000 pages of graphics & text printing and just changed out the black and the still 1/4 full on all colors. Great choice for a fast reliable printer for well under $200.00. I Think I'll buy another one for the house…

Very easy to set up and use.. No problems setting up and establishing the wifi connection. One comment-offer the printer in several colors instead of the standard black, a grey, blue, and white..
