After dealing with computers and printers over the last 30+ years: absolutely the best printer I have ever had! Installation and setup for a wireless network was the easiest and fastest that I have ever experienced. I would reccomend this printer to every one. Auto printing (DUPLEX) on both sides was excellent. This printer puts any others to SHAME!

I love this printer for it's ease of set up, but I love it even more because it is a solid and quality printer. The large screen and icons are simple to use and whether printing for business or making photos it's great. There's also very nice bonuses that you install which are all worth it, so all in all the features and everything about this printer makes it a great printer and great buy.

Excellent build and operating quality

This WorkForce printer replaces the Artisan 810 for my office. The two are similar in functionality and quality, but the WorkForce is a bit more robust and has office-friendly features such as two-sided printing and a dual tray. Like the Artisan, the WorkForce is a breeze to set up (though the wireless set up is a pain and could be much easier) and get going on my Mac. Scan and print operations with the two printers are of similar high-quailty, and both are fast. I particularly like the fast scanning of the WorkForce, and have been very impressed with the feed reliability of the ADF, or Automatic Document Feeder (which can be a problem with many other printers).
The WorkForce is feature-rich and has pretty much everything one can imagine for today's state-of-the-art printers. Unlike other brands, I find the Epson printers of solid build quality, and they are attractive (though the WorkForce is notably more bulky than the Artisan). My only gripe is that the wireless is not easy to set up; Epson should have a utility that allows one to configure and setup the wireless from one's computer, not from the printer itself. Otherwise it's a great printer and highly recommended.

This AIO was extremely easy to set up WITHOUT buying a USB cable. All of the instructions are easy to follow with the included disc. Printer is hooked up wirelessly to a Mac Powerbook G4 OS X 10.4.11, and couldn't have been simpler.

Epson 840

I am mostly satisfied with my Epson 840. It prints great and all the functions seem to work well. What I am not pleased with is the paper trays. They are flimsy and get stuck very easily. Once they are pulled out to replace paper I have to work to get them back in again without breaking them. This is my first Epson and I was shocked at how great the print is. Very clear and bright. So mostly I am very pleased with how it works but not so much with some of its parts.

I just bought my new printer third Epson I have owned. Have tried other brands and Epson is just the best in my opinion. Set up was easy and so was installation. read other reviews about CD not being compatible with windows 7. Well Epson fixed that problem it was a piece of cake. I hope this one lasts me as long as my previous Epson printer did 6 years and no problems.
