wasn't able to set up wireless although i tried it twice. setting up w/ usb was super simple, and i'm a novice. looks as if though it will be fun to use.
i think the price was right.

WINDOW 7 USERS - DON'T GIVE UP! I got it home I had trouble installing the driver files. I thought it may have been that I have Windows 7 operating system and the CD that came with the product was not updated for Windows 7. To be certain I called the tech number and the service tech, Hannah, explained that my notion was correct. We walked through the download, installation, and demo of the product including scan, fax, print, and copy. I had no trouble downloading the file to my second computer unassisted. Print and color is great so far. User's Guide is scant on details.

I've been using the 840 for a little over a week, and I am almost completely satisfied with my purchase. The print and scan speeds are fabulous, and the print quality is great (although I have yet to print photos). The ADF is great for bulk scanning of statements, etc. And double sided printing? Wish I had this a long time ago.
Two minor gripes - still trying to get scanning to work with my Mac, and the document bed is not legal size. The former I'll eventually fix, the latter is no big deal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wasn't expecting such clear prints! A little difficulty setting up the wireless part, but after downloading updated drivers all went well. I love Epson!

I love all the features on my new printer. It does everything I need it to do. It was a little trying setting it up but part of that was my fault. For future reference a USB cord needs to come with it. Luckly I had one.

All others claim to be the best
If you want a copier-printer-scanner
that doesn't have issues or problems
and is always dependable Go with Epson
if it's 5 dollars or 500 dollars you can't go wrong.

I just bought this product. I actually was able to set it up with wireless in about an hour. So far so good. I read that the Tech guy uses Epson. I figured if it was good for Leo, it ought be good for me and my MAC.
Print sharing works great, too.

Like the printer, but it is a bit noisy.
Love the touch screen and the large paper trays (hold 500 sheets of paper). Scanner easy to use. Print cartridges easy to install. The paper tray guides do not stay in position very good, but that does not seem to matter. Everything that I have printed comes out nice and straight on the paper.
