A Powerhouse

My experience: Install was not as smooth as I would have liked. But,with all honesty I did not follow the directions to the letter. You know, its that men dont ask directions thing. Well after installing and uninstalling (2) times I decided I better start from scratch.
Amazing. It works. After doing the initial setup of wireless and ethernet I performed the maintnance tasks, entered all my information for fax,set my paper trays preference and behold.
What I found, was a remarkable all in one printer. Fast, quiet,and with good (text) quality. If you use paper other than Epson ,reset the nozzle pattern for a clean crisp print.
Pictures are absolutley beautiful. Epsons easy photo print is one of the best I have used. I Faxed a (20) page report without a hitch using ADF. The 840 overall is a great machine. No other machine can hold a full ream of paper. The (2) printer trays are know a must. The (2) sided printing is a great paper saver. Please follow the directions. Your install will be effortless.

It is the best scanner I've have ever used, and the faster printer I've ever used. I have only had it less than a week, but I have found no fault what so ever. The greatest all in one I have ever used. I am trilled with the results.

In a word, beuatiful. Every aspect of the printer is exceptional. The setup and configuration of the wireless networking is effortless and the speed and quality of the machine is second to none. Well done Epson! I will recomend the Epson WorkForce 840 All-in-One Printer to all my friends.

Like the design. Also, you can go wireless. Feature it has in the printer. You can use your laptop to print.

Set up for this printer was a piece of cake. I got this printer so I could print wirelessly from our homes two laptops and it works perfectly. Image quality is great and print speeds are fast except when you are double sided printing it takes a little longer but think of the paper you are saving. I have not printed any photo's yet but I cant't wait to see how they turn out.

bought this unit primarily for label printing in COLOR; did not TRY yet; EASY setup with disc on Win 7 Ult 64 bit system
will not use fax; using wifi setup - a breeze!!!
