Food stays fresh and milk lasts much longer. Would be perfect, except that ice maker on door sometimes sticks and there is a noticeable hum when refrigerator is running.

Beautiful Refigerator

I just got my new refrigerator and I do love it but it is bigger than what I had anticipated. I ordered it online and just assumed it would fit,well I was wrong! They had to take to doors off the refrigerator as well as my outside doors and it is too tall for my cabinets and we will have to shave I/4" off the bottom of the cabinet but I still love the refrigerator and can't wait to start using it. I highly recommend this product but do measure before purchasing it.

We completely remodeled our kitchen. We purchased slate appliances. This refrigerator is great. It is so spacious and with the shelving is so easy to reach for things, With the slate color it does not show the grandchildren's fingerprints! I love the easiness to get ice and water...very happy with our choice!

I purchased this as part of a four piece kitchen package. I love the slate finish, it is beautiful and practical. I am also very pleased with the interior of the refrigerator, it is spacious and well organized, the drawers are sturdy and open easily. The only slightly negative thing is that the depth of the door with the ice maker is very wide and the ice bucket isn't very big, but the convience of having the water and ice dispenser in the door balances out.

Great Value and features - Control Locks is a life saver if you have young kids/grandkids - The additional features with the alarms and shut off for the water/ice when the door is open is a great advantage with kids who don't pay attention to what they are doing.

I just bought my new refrigerator a couple weeks ago and I am loving it! My old one was also a GE which I bought in 1989 and it was still going strong (went to a new home a couple days ago)!!! I LOVE the quietness and everything about my new GE!!!

Little space and little ice

I would never own a fridge like this again. I've machine doesn't keep up and shoots ice at an angle. Shelving is hard to arrange to make it feel organized.
