Best Convection Wall Oven Ever!

I love the features of this oven. So far, the true European convection feature makes the best roast chicken with the skin being perfectly crispy all over and by using the temperature probe the meat is completely cooked but sooooo juicy. I never thought I could cook a chicken that not only looks picture-perfect but tastes even better than it looks! Last night I made my roast porkloin with sauerkraut-I could just cut and paste the above! The outside of the pork is perfectly caramelized-normally I would brown it on the stove top before roasting-no more need for that! Again, the temperature probe takes all the guess work out of the equation. So juicy...tonight I'm going to try broiling a cut-up chicken.
Along with the wall oven I just spoke about (Model #PT9050SF2SS) I also purchased the Advantium 240. I love that oven as well. If you are considering the Advantium make sure you get the 240 Volt and not the lesser one. My first Advantium oven was purchased around 2003 or so-when they first came out-unfortunately it stayed in the house my husband and I sold. We are both so happy to have that oven back-it makes great apple pies!

Quiet, elegant, and hard-working.

I was looking for a quiet oven that does a great job. We've only had it a few months, but are really impressed with the features and the performance. The oven is very quiet--I can hardly tell it is on, even when I'm standing near it. Such an improvement over my old one, and it didn't break the bank.

I purchased this oven as a set of appliances as an upgrade to my kitchen. Oven came shipped without two of the rack bolts, and remote control function stopped working. Unit was completely replaced without further incident. Cooks evenly, temperature is accurate.

Great wall over. I went above budget for this product and I am glad I did. The convection oven is great and keeps the overall temp well balanced. I have slight problems keeping the product connected but I think this is network related, not related to the product.

Cooks wonderfully, it is my 3rd convection oven and is by far the best. I really love the fact that it I can control it from an app on my phone. It may sound silly at first, but I assure you that in these busy times it has saved many a roast, while I am doing other things. Simply turn it on remotely or glance down and read the internal temp of the roast and turn it off if you forget to set the auto off.

The only thing I don't like is that I have to turn on the "remote enable" when ever I want to remotely turn on the oven. That defeats the purpose of being able to remotely turn something on if you have to first turn on the "remote enable" button. If this could be turned on and left on, there would be no flaws in this product. Temp is accurate, cleaning feature works well, ease of use is excellent. Totally recomend.

Heats quickly and consistent temperature

Replaced two wall ovens that would not consistently preheat and maintain temperature. I recently installed two GE ovens and both work flawlessly. They heat up rapidly and the oven temperature matches a digital thermometer.
The controls are very easy to use. I like the glass-faced control panel; it is durable and easy to clean. The oven interior is well lit. You can clearly see the food through the glass door - eliminating the need to open the door as often to judge doneness.
It is an attractive oven that works well with lots of great features.

this was installed a few months ago but am still learning how to use all of the features. I refer to the manual often. This replaced a 20 year old oven and the looks of this one makes the kitchen.
