Just got this wall oven installed a week ago and so far I love It. This is my first convection oven and Its very quiet compared to my last oven which was a Jenair. So many features like warming, timers, "very cute chimes" I can use conventional oven for roasting etc. or Convection Oven for backing. I found it very easy to operate . I baked my first cake in it and i must say it was perfect. It even has an app that I can use to turn my oven on from my phone. What I really love about this oven is that it has heavy duty racks that can be left in the oven when cleaning. Also it has a middle rack that slides out so easily as it has a ball bearing mechanism . I only wish that all the racks could be this way. I have yet to use the self cleaning or steam cleaning.

A few oddities

Since I enjoyed my first one so much when we build our new home, we bought one again. This generation of ovens has a horribly inconvenient rack system. One rack either came broken or broke within a couple of weeks(rear "hooks" ). To move then racks is a nightmare. The heat that comes out of the door front is crazy and warms up even a large area too much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although it's been less than a week, I have noticed a big difference in my new GE oven compared to my old oven. My granola came out PICTURE PERFECT using the multiple rack selection. I'm now trying ribs in the roast option. I am very happy.

Cooks great and I love the wifi

I bought this about a month ago after being without an oven for 6 months. It cooks wonderfully and evenly. It's intuitive to use and I got it hooked to my Android phone after a couple of tries. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Self-destructs when using the Clean cycle

The first time I used the self-clean feature, the main control board blew. GE fixed this under warranty. The second time I used the self-clean feature, the main control board blew again. No longer under warranty. Apparently the self-destruct feature is mislabeled as "self-clean"
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
