Great Ice Maker

We purchased this ice maker just under a month ago and couldn't be happier. Appliance has churned out great ice consistently with without a hitch or hiccup. We're extremely pleased with the purchase and would recommend it without hesitation.

Worst Ice machine ever purchased

We bought this machine 10 months ago and has been nothing but a problem. It either makes paper thin ice with lots of water in the tank or no ice. We were told by the retailer we needed to change the filter more often, probably monthly at $50 per filter..what a rip off. We previously owned a whirlpool ice machine for over 15 years and only had 2 or 3 service calls. We are calling our retailer weekly on our machine with no satisfaction..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes a lot of ice very quickly. One little quirk is turning off completely, but seems to be an issue with the install of the drain hose so can be fixed

FAST ACTING,QUIET,PRODUCES MUCH ICE QUICKLY.

HAVE NOT HAD ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS,PRODUCES ALOT OF ICE QUICKLY,QUIET. MEETS MY HOME NEEDS.SUGGEST THE ICE SCOUP BE BETTER PLACED INSIDE OR A BETTER HOLDER FOR THE SCOUP. ICE GETS INTO THE HOLDER AND REJECTS THE SCOUP AT TIMES.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 22 year old Whirlpool Ice Maker with this unit. We like it very much. Produces lots of wonderful, clear ice. Would have rated as five stars except it lacks a thickness control for the ice. We would prefer a little thicker cube.

Great ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first ice maker and so far so good. Makes nice clear cubes and has good bin capacity. Noise level is the only drawback but no worse than other ice makers.
