Works great, LED light is cool

We like this machine a lot. We left our last ice maker at the last house, this model has a cool LED light and produces more clear ice than we can use!

We are delighted with our recent purchase. (No pun intended...but the lit interior is new to us!) The ice is wonderful-- a filter is a new feature we will appreciate. I hope it continues to operate as flawlessly as its 16 year old predecessor. But don't worry-- if it doesn't, you'll hear from us!Thank you.

You will not find a better one then one

I had one before but this one is the new design. I love the added filter. It makes the ice so clear. The taste of the ice is there is no taste. It seal better then my old did so ice stays longer which is great.

I bought two a Whirlpool Icemakers to replace the Uline models that I had. What a difference a brand makes!!!The quality of these Whirlpool machines is beyond compareThank you Whirlpool!

My 13 year old Whirlpool Gold Ice Machine had too many problems so I replaced it with this one. I love all the new improvements, ie, light and filter, but still am very bothered by how loud it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for a u-line and makes good clear ice.It does have a filter with easy access at top front when you open door ! seen other reviews that said no filter; hard to miss ! directions on door ! size was perfect slid into same cabinet with a 1/4 " gap at top looks fine and lets the heat out of cabinet !!
