Wish I Had Not Bought It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a good ice maker. It uses way too much water in the ice making process and most of it goes down the drain. I have a very good RO system with a 12 gallon capacity and this ice maker will drain the tanks every 48 hours. How I wish I would have bought another brand.

Lots of Ice with Too Much Noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This icemaker replaced a competitor's unit that was 10 years old. The Whirlpool makes plenty of ice, but the unit is much louder than the old 'brand X' unit I had previously. This unit is in our kitchen and the noise is very noticeable.

Not CUBED ice!

condensation issues

from since i bought this product its been condensating causindgwater damage to my floor, i saw that they install a small drip pan to cover the electrical connection to the compressor but this does not help. i do not recommend if you are planning to use inside
