Good features

Dryer works great. Sound at end of cycle is not loud enough to be heard in our house, how about an adjustable sound level for large homes or small apartments? Also sound length could be adjustable.

Fast drying time

Nice dryer - easy to use features, super fast drying, love the higher easy to open fold out door. Wish the finish timer was a little louder as dryer is in the basement and I can't hear it upstairs. The wrinkle guard feature puzzles me but maybe I'm not using it quite right. All in all, very happy with this dryer.

An OK dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer had a noticeable noise when we first turned it on, like metal on metal. The user guide says some sound like a thumping is normal when the dryer is first used, and the sound has somewhat diminished but not entirely. And it's not a muffled thumping. I turned the drum by hand and didn't hear any noise so it's coming from the motor, like something is hitting on something else as the motor turns.Also the wet/dry auto-sensor seems not to fully dry clothes. We have played with the settings but have yet to fully figure out what settings to use with the sensor on or with a timed dry that results in fully dry clothes.We do like the drop down door, since most new models seems to be swing out doors. And the dryer cabinet is modern looking, with a few curves that give it a nice look.I don't much care for the electronic tone that sounds when you power on the dryer - it's too long and too weird. And the cycle-is-done tone is somewhat distracting as well - for days we thought one of our cell phones was ringing somewhere in the house before we figured out it was our dryer. It would have been nice to have some user selected options for these electronic beeps and tones.Bottom line is that this model seems to have a lot of bells and whistles to it but is poorly designed from an operating standpoint and it takes a lot of trial and error to understand the correct settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Dryer I Have Ever Owned - Really!

This dryer is HUGE! It fits so many clothes, I am very impressed. You could put 2 comforters in there no problem. It dry??s clothes really fast. I really enjoy that you can select a heat setting. This makes it easy if I only want to hang something, and then de wrinkle it by putting it in the dryer.As long as you use the settings properly, then the items you are washing will come out perfect. For example, comforters must be put on the ???High?? heat and ???More Dry?? setting so it can be thoroughly dried. Whereas regular garments can be put on a low heat setting and normal dry cycle.It is very quiet, I cannot even hear it running. My clothes come out exactly how I would like them. The alert which tells me the load is done is very helpful.I have only had it for a few months, so I hope that it lasts me 10 years!

My clothes consistently come out cleaner than I ever remember. The settings and features are very helpful. The washer takes some getting use to as it makes strange noises. But it is able to sense the amount of clothes. How does it do these things? The dryer has lots of options. How long will these machines last? That said, both the washer and dryer are wonderful.
