[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker worked for about one week and then quit. We managed to get service out about 10 days later but they said the problem was our water pressure. I checked it out and found we had good pressure and got them out again. This time they determined it was a faulty valve and would take three weeks to get one on. We are still waiting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third Kitchenaid Ice Maker (we move a lot), and the best so far. It is very quiet and I really like the built in filter. We use it everyday and as long as you cleaner it when indicated, it will not give problems.
