I bought the washer and dryer like a month ago as a gift for my wife(our old washer and dryer were really bad) and I can tell you my wife is in love with the new products they looks nice and work better

A vague odor of mildew

We bought this to replace an older model of Duet, whose steel drum fell out. It works well enough, but keep an eye on the items that get lodged inside the front gasket, the rubberized skirt around the front door, as they are hard to see immediately and quickly start to stink!

I previously had a Bosch front loader and this is definitely an upgrade! Easy to use. Love the pre-programming and the ease in adjusting those settings.

I bought this washing mashine about 9 months ago, and I'm very satisfied with this purchase . I thought it has a soak option but it doesn't, otherwise it works great. Because I have six kids I have two washing mashines. The other one has a steam option and for me it is easier to clean this whirlpool duet because it has a self-clean option.

We were so confused when looking at a new washer and dryer as we have not bought any in years. (Our last was a Whirlpool also and lasted 13 years) We LOVE everything about this. Our clothes look amazing and all of my 2 year old mud and food stains come right out. There are so many options for washing. When my mom came over, she was jealous that my washer and dryer were nicer than hers! It is quiet and is reasonably priced for a machine of this quality.

can you love laundry?

I purchased Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer 12 years ago, I literally got a chair and sat in front of them to watch them work! Sad day when my washer died for very good reasons it worked non stop for those 12 years! I again purchased Whirlpool Duet, why wouldn't I? I couldn't wait to do my first load, although after so many years of daily laundry chore that I would love to retire from this new washer is The most amazing appliance in my house so of course going to it each day is not hard. It really does my big families laundry in just a few loads and I love the setting for the different types of wash.

This is our first front load washer and wow, what a difference! We are already seeing a savings with our water bill. Our kids actually enjoy doing the laundry now.
