We like the product,

There is confusion with thw washer timer. When it is set for "Normal", 59 minutes, sometomes the timer stalls for several minutes. Other times the wash is finished before 59 minutes. If I cannot resolve this issue, I will inquire too see if the timer is defective.

Previous whirlpool was too expensive to fix but liked it enough to get a new one of same brand. Like the energy saving features.

Quite pleased with the product. Drum size is great. Love the different cycles. Just find the water supply loud.

I had a 15 year olde washer/dryer that served me fine until the motor gave out. I decided to keep with Whirlpool and i have to say that thier products just keep getting better. It is soo quiete, it uses less water, and energy. I should have upgraded years ago
