Poor accessibility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works well but with the to freezer, my wife and i as senior citizens can not reach most everything in the rear. Door is fine and it performs well but with the controls are located it almost requires us to get on our knees.
We did not have a choice of the type since it came with a new house.
I have always been partial to Whirlpool and are happy it is here but not this model.

Good Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice features . However I do not like the top freezer at all . It has lots of room and I can organise it nicely but it is so inconvenient to bend over to get things out of the refrigerator ,I feel like I have to get on my knees to get to items on the bottom shelves I made the mistake of going with the top freezer and now im sorry I did .
