Bought this for our new home with all Whirlpool stainless steel products. The fridge with the addition ice maker work good. I know this is not even a middle of the road fridge but... The first this I noticed was when we had to move the door. I can't believe that little stickers were furnished to cover the holes instead of buttons (even if they could have been plastic). We ended up using screws which looks better than the stickers. In order to have enough room for big items on the top shelve I had to move the middle shelf down which left room for only very small items. I would recommend this to a friend if they didn't have kids or throw big parties. It is good enough for my husband and myself.

just the right size

I needed a bigger freezer and did not need an ice maker. This was the right size and relatively durable. It also has low energy usage. It isn't real quiet but it does not turn on nearly as much as my old frigidaire.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Door hard to clean, needs shelf for ice cube trays

Excellent inside as far as fridge section goes. Clear drawers and shelves great for ease of viewing contents. However I cannot get outside doors to look 'nice' streaky and looks scratched at places already day of delivery. Freezer needs a shelf for ice cube trays!

no light

I was disappointed in the freezer when I opened it and there was not a light.For the amount of money we paid for it, there could have been a light. I was also disappointed in the deli drawer. After having it for only 2 weeks the drawer came off the tracks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor craftsmanship

I purchased this refrigerator in April 2014, and have already made a warranty claim for a broken handle. Also the cooling settings are poor. Vegetables/Fruits freeze on the bottom back of this product and adjusting the setting higher only cause the freezer to be too warm and have foods melt. Also I literally hear water running down the doors occasionally! I thought we had a leak but there is none...yet that I have been able to see. I hope this is not another problem waiting to show its face!! Don't buy this product. We are very disappointed.

I've had this for over six months. I like the adjustable shelves in the door and the glass shelves inside, no worry about items falling through the shelves and the door shelves help give it a clean and organized look, especially for milk jugs and wine bottles.I use the long drawer more than anything, so I hope it holds up. The space above the fruit and veggie drawers is like a bonus shelf to hold light, short items, like dips. The selling points to me, besides getting a good price match, were the smooth, rounded corners on the drawers and door shelves, and the sturdy glass shelves.If I was really sensitive, the noise it makes sometimes (I guess cycling on and off) would bother me. I don't have the ice maker, so another shelf in the freezer (or a half shelf) would be nice. For my first stainless front appliance, it looks very nice and the size is perfect.
