Good day. We regret that you have experienced an issue while in use of your T-Fal deep fryer. It is possible that the reset switch tripped. Please access and press the reset button as found on the back portion of the heating element control panel. Otherwise please contact Tfal Consumer Support at 1-800-395-8325 for additional assistance . Their hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.
